Double Cone Mixer
A Double Cone Mixer is a versatile industrial mixing equipment used for blending dry powders and granules uniformly. It consists of two conical-shaped vessels connected at their bases, which rotate to facilitate the mixing process.

The V-type mixer mainly consists of a mixing barrel, frame, transmission system, and electrical system. The V-shaped barrel is composed of two cylindrical containers welded in a V-shape, which are asymmetrical relative to the axis. Due to the rotational movement, the powder particles continuously alternate, divide, and merge in the inclined cylinder. The material is randomly transferred from one area of the V-shape to another, with particles sliding against each other, undergoing multiple spatial superpositions, and particles are distributed on newly generated surfaces. This repeated shearing and diffusion motion achieves the purpose of mixing. Generally, after about 6-10 minutes of mixing, a uniform mixture is obtained, even with materials of significantly different specific gravities, with a mixing uniformity of over 99%. The inner and outer walls of the mixing barrel are finely polished, smooth, flat, without dead corners, and easy to clean. The transmission system operates without shaking or noise, is easy to maintain, and the electrical control is precise and sensitive, using a stainless steel butterfly valve for discharge without leakage or dust flying.

Fabrication Technical Requirements:
1 The mixing barrel is made of two asymmetrical cylinders, made of 304-grade, 2.0mm thick high-quality stainless steel plate, circularly welded, ground, and polished, with smooth surfaces, no dead corners, complete discharge, and easy to clean.
2 The transmission shaft consists of two half-shafts, fixed with a concentric rod before installation, welded to the barrel wall, and reinforced with an 8mm thick plate. After completion, the concentric rod is removed, the shaft hole is densely welded, and there is no leakage. The barrel transmission process is free from shaking and eccentricity.
3 The transmission system consists of a motor, reducer, chain wheel, bearings, transmission shaft, etc. The barrel rotation speed is 12 rpm, operating without noise and running smoothly.
4 The V-type mixer's frame is made of channel steel, with a sturdy welding and an outer cover made of 304-grade, 1.2mm thick stainless steel, with a smooth surface, no scratches, and no weld marks. The rotating support on the side of the electrical control is a movable door, facilitating maintenance.
5 The discharge port of the barrel is equipped with a DG100 stainless steel sealed butterfly valve, with good sealing performance and convenient operation.
6 The feed port is a movable cover, tightened with a lever, and sealed with food-grade silicone rubber sealing strips, pollution-free, and convenient to operate.
7 The mixing time control is achieved by a digital display time relay, with the mixing time set according to the actual production process requirements, reducing labor intensity and increasing efficiency.
8 The machine is compact, occupies a small area, is aesthetically pleasing, easy to operate, and ensures uniform material mixing.
